Dear Membership:

The work party this past weekend was a great success.  It was sunny and warm making for a perfect day for the tasks required to open our club.   About 50 people showed up and pitched in to clear the yard, get boats off the deck, step the flagpole, arrange racks, trim hedges, clean out the Commodore���s room, and get the docks.

I want to thank the dock party for staying on and finding that extra push into the afternoon to get all the sections in.  We will not need to have another wet workday, even with the sun out, to get that done.  Special thanks to Toby Doyle and his son Jack for the boom truck and trailer that makes it hum along.

Until it gets warm enough to avoid freezing pipes, we will have a porta-potty available for those hearty souls who want to start the grilling season early.

Again thank you to all of the following, if I missed you here I am very sorry and let me know and I will correct that oversight.
