Many thanks to everyone who helped during today’s work party. The weather was really nice, the morale was high and we got lots of work done! Thank you!

Boat removal

If you still have a boat in the Pettipaug yard, please be reminded to remove it tomorrow Sunday 5 November. All yard space is needed for the docks and Pettipaug owned boats. Furthermore, this will give us the opportunity to do some maintenance to the areas that are normally obstructed by boats.

Annual Meeting, Dinner & Awards

This year’s annual meeting will be held on Sunday 12 November at The Lace Factory Warehouse on 161 River St in Deep River. The doors will open at 5pm and the costs will be $45 per person, payable by cash or check at the door. As always, there will be an open bar during which hors d’oevres will be served. This will be followed by a dinner and dessert buffet.

During the annual meeting, the membership will be informed about the state of the club, volunteers will be recognized, our traditional awards will be handed out, and a new board will be installed. I am looking forward to see you all during this last Pettipaug club event of the year.
