Dear Pettipaug members,

In case you have missed the news, please be warned that due to heavy rainfall to the north of us, the authorities are warning for moderate flooding of the Connecticut River. This means that the Pettipaug yard may get flooded. Furthermore, it is expected that there will be lots of debris floating in the river.

If you have a boat in the Pettipaug yard, be advised to keep an eye on the water level in the river. In case of (extreme) flooding of the yard, you may want to consider bringing your boat to higher grounds. Please understand that all members are responsible for their own boats and that Pettipaug Yacht Club is not responsible for damage or loss of property.
