I am sorry to report that recently a member had money taken from their unlocked car while parked at Pettipaug during a racing event.  This theft happened while members were on the grounds and went unnoticed until later in the evening. While this is not a common occurrence, we have seen this in past years as well.  

Please consider securing your valuables and locking your vehicles while at the club.  While we all treasure the tranquility of our space and friendliness of our Pettipaug family, this is a reminder we still need to take precautions to protect our possessions, even at Pettipaug. 

Please notify a board member if you experience any problems at the club, and please continue to enjoy our beautiful spot on the river safely.
