It's not too late to sign up to race. Robin Starr Race The Skippers meeting is at noon and the water start time is 1pm. This is a distance race scored using the Portsmouth handicap. The course is typically 3 - 4 miles. Depending on the wind direction, boats will sail around a buoy north of Essex Harbor, north of the club and back to the club. The race can take anywhere between 1 - 3 hours based on your boat, skill and luck. All Pettipaug sailors are welcome. For this race, the Scow fleet will have their own start.
