APRIL 12th WORK PARTY 9 a.m.
If WATER is turned on: #1 SPRING WORK PARTY
All hands on decks, grills, grounds, heads, planting,
raking, cleaning! Painting and other tasks will take
place throughout April and May in preparation of
the 2025 and 75 th PYC Anniversary Celebration,
Commodore’s Race and Commencement.
MEET and chose which group you’d like to work
with. LOTS TO DO! Please wear gloves, boots for yard
work, Good idea to put your name on all equipment you
chose to bring. We will try to have supplies for each
project:
GROUNDS- BOAT CLEANING- GRILL CLEANING.
HEADS, COMMODORE and DECK CLEANING-
MOVING & SCHLEPPING.
APRIL 13 th PAINTING PARTY:
If no rain.
All volunteers please meet on deck approx..11 a.m.

PYC Secretary, Joanne Reinhold will be set-up
On the deck or in the Commodore’s room to
give forms to be filled out and a NEW PYC Boating
Sticker will be received .

MEMBERS BOATS TO PETTIPAUG
The Vice and Rear Commodore have requested
NO BOATS be brought to PYC, until you read
their date in one of these UPDATES. There is work
being done on the roads and in the boat yards,
no boats until completed. Thank you.

2025 PETTIPAUG SAFE POWERBOATING
COURSE ~
On-Land and On- Water!
Two-day hands-on Power Boat Operator course
(Saturday and Sunday) On-Land and On- Water!
DATES: #1 April 26 & 27~ #2 May 17 & 18
#3 June 14 & 15 ~ #4 August 9 & 10
Sign up to learn and improve your powerboat skills!
The course covers the requirements to earn a Connecticut
Safe Boating Certificate and provides hands-on power
boat training. It is one of the few hands-on courses available
in Connecticut.

Midsummer Party on July 12th. The party follows the Midsummer
Regatta. Last summer there was an abundance of talent . We
